Have you ever gone someplace and felt uncomfortable?

Have you ever gone someplace and felt uncomfortable? Perhaps you looked around and believed you didn’t belong.
Perhaps you felt you weren’t good enough, smart enough, pretty enough, or worthy enough. Perhaps you felt the need to pretend to be someone you aren’t.
Instead of focusing on negative feelings of inadequacy, why not try to focus on something more positive. Start by telling yourself you are good enough, smart enough, pretty enough, and worthy enough. Understand you belong because you are you.
Worrying about this and that is exhausting. Trying to fit in, please everyone, and be accepted, is even more exhausting.
Limit comparing yourself to others. When you are too focused on someone else’s success and not your own, comparing yourself to others is a set-up for defeat.
Be confident in who you are and appreciate your uniqueness. Having the courage to accept who you are, where you’re going, take responsibility for yourself, and create the life of your dreams, well, that’s empowering. And that’s why you need to be yourself.
