This week I asked you a few questions that hopefully forced you to think about who you are, where you are, where you are going, and who you want to be. My intentions with these questions were to help you stop making excuses and set high expectations for yourself.
It’s time to let go of any limiting beliefs or thoughts holding you back and walk into your future as a confident person who knows anything is possible as long as you believe.
Thoughts of doubt and fear should not hold you back in life. Instead of focusing on a negative outcome and all the things that can go wrong, start with asking yourself, what am I doing right?

Grab a pencil and write these affirmations down.

I am proud of who I am.
I am learning.
I believe in myself.
I can do hard things.
I have unlimited potential.
I am not afraid of what could go wrong.
I am positive about what can go right.
What am I doing right?
Now is the perfect time to pull out your journal and answer the questions from this week’s notes if you haven’t done so.
