Personal Development | Want to Produce More? | Note 337
Consumers never dominate. Why?
When I’m not watching TV, talking on the phone, and suffering the internet, I get sh*t done. When I’m watching TV, talking on the phone, and suffering the internet, I rarely get anything done.
Why? Because I’m too busy consuming and not producing.
When I’m caught up with consuming, I’m not putting myself in a position to win — I’m not putting myself in a position to produce.
Consumers never dominate. Why? Because you can’t dominate if you are spending all your time consuming.
If you want to dominate and become a producer, produce. Set goals and focus on the things that will move you closer to accomplishing your goals.
Worrying about what other people are doing is consuming. Worrying about what can go wrong is consuming.
Stop letting bad habits dominate your day.
Stop letting distractions dominate your day.
Stop letting people who don’t have your best intentions in mind occupy your time and, more importantly, your thoughts.
Stop letting consumption dominate your day.
Want to produce more? Produce more.
