It’s time to stop talking about it and take action.

I’ve never watched a lot of TV, but I was addicted to the background noise. You could say the TV watched me. I always had it on running in the background. Years ago, I decided I would not turn the TV on until 6:30 am, and that’s the best decision I ever made. I’m an early riser, getting up most days by 3:00 am.
What is stopping you? What is standing between you and your goals? One small change can lead to a significant breakthrough.
If you want to grow and succeed, you must change. You must try something different. It’s time to stop talking about it and take action. Start by changing your routine. Try something new. Do something different.
Only the things that you work on and make sacrifices for will get done. If you are struggling to read that book, start by reading one page at a time. Start by writing down one thing you are good at if you struggle with imposter syndrome.
Remember, one small change can create massive results. All it takes is one small change.
