Ask for Help | Note 213
Don’t be afraid or ashamed to ask.
I talked about it last week on the Sincerely HER Podcast, but if you haven’t already, please take the jump over to SincerelyHER.com. Join the mailing list to be notified when the Sincerely HER Master Squad launches. After all, who doesn’t want to surround them shelve with kickass people? The link is in the podcast description.
Okay. You already know, today’s quote is courtesy of Les Brown. “Ask for help not because you are weak, but because you want to be stronger.”
Asking for help for most is the hardest thing they think they will ever do. Whether it’s fear, pride, or embarrassment, don’t be afraid or ashamed to ask for help.
The reality is you may not get very far without help. Asking for help can relieve whatever stress you may experience, and best-case scenario, your problem is solved. Asking for help can be life-changing.
There are so many people, whether it’s a sibling, friend, colleague, mentor, or stranger, willing to help. All you have to do is ask for help.
