I’m Okay With Letting Go | Note 550
Do you believe that all good things end?
Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! I want to thank you for coming back every day.
I’ve learned so much about who I am and how I want to show up and help people by doing the Sincerely HER Podcast for the last two years.
Yes. I’ve shown up Monday through Friday two minutes at a time to help you find clarity, get sh*t done, and win for a little over two years. No one can accuse me of being a quitter, that’s for sure.
As mentioned yesterday, I’ve had that gnawing feeling that the universe is telling me it’s time to move on. So, today is my last day doing the Sincerely HER Podcast Monday through Friday. But don’t worry. I’ll still be around. Starting next week, I will provide one bite-sized note a week.
I am also working on launching a new website, course, and weekly podcast that will be about 15 minutes a week. That means eventually, you’ll hear from me twice a week.
I’ll provide more details soon about the new podcast, but for now, please be sure that you add yourself to my weekly newsletter to stay in the know.
You are free to dream — to start over. I have big dreams that require me to do something different.
To accomplish my goals, I have to let go of some things I am currently doing. I have to change. I hope you’ll do the same if you find yourself stagnant.
Are you clear about your purpose? Are you ready to let go of a few things to make room for what you really want?
Accomplishing your goals requires you to focus on what matters, and it’s up to you to decide what you need to do or change.
You may need to adopt better habits, embrace your fears, master your mind, change your attitude, take on a more significant challenge, or simply let go of a few things. Do your best to figure it out now rather than later, whatever it is. Do the necessary inner work to be happy.
Grab a pencil and write these affirmations down.
I am not afraid to go to the next lesson.
I am focused on my goals and desires.
I let go of past beliefs that no longer serve me.
I help myself.
I am not afraid to do the work.
I am willing to re-create myself to become who I am trying to be.
I am doing more than surviving; I am thriving.
I am okay with moving on.
I am okay with letting go.
Use this affirmation when you first wake up or when you are about to go to bed for the best results. Add emotions to your affirmations.
Feel the meaning in the words as you repeat them. Don’t just say the words. Feel and believe they are true.
