What’s your plan of action?
Is the actual cause laziness? Better question, are you lazy or simply unmotivated? While there are many reasons you may feel stuck in your laziness, including fear, shame, boredom, or depression, whatever the case may be, it’s your responsibility to fix your life.
Laziness will rob you of your enthusiasm and energy, so figure it out. Forgive yourself, have some self-compassion for yourself, and confirm it’s not a health issue draining your drive.
Once you have figured out the cause, determine what will motivate you to get yourself together and go out and create the life you want.
Do everything you can to stop being lazy.
