Instead of thinking, I can’t do this, say I can do this.
Your thoughts are motivating or stopping you from being the best you can. Often, we worry about what could happen when we shouldn’t. We worry about what other people think when we shouldn’t. And we talk ourselves out of great opportunities when we shouldn’t.
We let our minds wander and make up all kinds of stories that are false and unrealistic. Instead of thinking about all the positive outcomes, sometimes our self-talk is negative and self-defeating.
If you are guilty of negative self-talk, it’s time to challenge your negative self-talk. Instead of thinking, I can’t do this, say I can do this. The next time you think something is too hard, say to yourself, I want to learn how to do this.
Kill all the negative self-talk and replace it with positive self-talk because what you repeat in your head matters.
