Are you worried about who will show up?

 
People used to believe if you build it they will come. You know, if you had a great product or brand everything else would work out and people would find it.
 
That may have been true once upon a time, but now in an oversaturated market, it’s more about who you know and who knows you.
 
A great product or brand may not need advertising, but it will need word of mouth. The product or brand will need to be something that helps solve problems or something people believe they can’t live without.
 
Even then, just because you built something great doesn’t mean people will show up. What you need is people who know how great your product or brand is to tell the people that don’t know. If not, they will not come.
