Do it or commit to not doing it.
Procrastination robs you in broad daylight or sneaks up on you like a thief in the night.
It steals your livelihood, momentum, and much more.
Most people procrastinate because they are afraid of failing or they don’t want to do the task at hand.
Procrastination can even be a disguise for low self-esteem, anxiety, or depression.
The next time you procrastinate, don’t stress out. Be kind to yourself, first. Then, remove hidden blocks.
Visualize how great it will be to get it done and do it or commit to not doing it. You probably don’t want to do it anyway.
The best solution is to stay away from procrastination.
