Want 3 surprising steps to get unstuck?

Be S.M.A.R.T. | Note 154

How do you expect to achieve your goal?

When in doubt and you’re struggling to accomplish your goals, be smart about it. Set S.M.A.R.T. goals. The principle of setting S.M.A.R.T. goals has been around for years. If you want to find clarity, get sh*t done, and win, be smart about the way you approach your goals.

What exactly is a S.M.A.R.T. goal?

S (Specific) – Be specific with your goals. Identify what you want to achieve.

M (Measurable) – Make measurable goals with a specific time frame and fixed amount, so you know you achieved your goal.

A (Attainable) – Set realistic, manageable, and attainable goals. What are the steps you’re planning to achieve your goals? Are they reasonable?

R (Relevant) – Make sure your goals are relevant. Be real with yourself. Do your goals align with who you are and want to be?

T (Time-Bound) – Your goals should be time-bound with deadlines. What’s your target date. When do you expect to achieve your goal?

Set goals. Be S.M.A.R.T.
